Manage Account and Billing

Manage your subscription, payment methods, invoices, receipts, and billing preferences from your Spark Uptime account.

Billing is managed from your account.

Open Billing from your dashboard to manage your subscription, review invoices, update payment methods, or cancel your plan.

Payment details are managed securely.

Use Manage Subscription to add or remove payment methods and access invoice history for your account.

Account billing is available from the Billing page. Log in to your Spark Uptime account and click Billing to access subscription and payment management options.

Access billing

Use the Billing page to view and manage your active subscription and billing settings.

Log in to your account

Sign in to your Spark Uptime dashboard using your account credentials.

Open Billing

Click Billing from your dashboard to view account billing and subscription options.

Update billing information

Update your payment details from the subscription management area.

Open Billing

Log in to your account and click Billing.

Manage your subscription

Click Manage Subscription to open subscription and payment settings.

Add a payment method

Click Add Payment Method and enter the required payment details.

Mobile payment options may vary. On supported mobile devices, Apple Pay may appear as an available payment method.

Remove a payment method

Payment methods can be removed from the subscription management area when they are no longer needed.

Open Billing

Log in to your account and click Billing.

Open subscription management

Click Manage Subscription.

Delete the payment method

Click the three dots next to the card you want to remove, then click Delete and confirm.

Access invoices and receipts

Invoice history is available from your subscription management page.

Log in to your account and click Billing.

Manage your subscription

Click Manage Subscription.

Open invoice history

Under Invoice History, click any invoice to view, download, or print it.

Cancel subscription

You can cancel your active Spark Uptime subscription from the Billing page.

Log in to your account and click Billing.

Select Cancel Subscription

Click the red Cancel Subscription button.

Confirm cancellation

Review the confirmation prompt and confirm the cancellation request.

Cancellation changes your subscription status. Review your account and billing details carefully before confirming subscription cancellation.
